Product page
Send shoppers straight to a product or variant page. Starts a product-page batch.
Create QR codes in Shopify that open your store. With the theme embed on, a scan can add a product to the cart, open checkout, or apply a discount, and the visit is counted.
The app sits in the Shopify admin. The menu is Home, Analytics, QR codes, Settings, and Plan and billing.
You make a code, print or share it, and a shopper’s camera opens your storefront. Staff can also scan shelf codes in the mobile app to send a product to the counter or ask the warehouse to check stock.
On Home, the setup guide says it takes about 2 minutes. Create QR code and Bulk create stay off until both steps are done.
Import products and variants.
Switch on “QR behavior”, then save.
When both are done, Home says Setup complete. You can dismiss the guide. If you later turn the embed off, codes still open the store, but scans will not add products to the cart or apply discounts until QR behavior is on again.
A plan is not required before you create codes. Development stores can show: “Development store: billing isn’t required. You have full access.”
A new code points at your store, not at an app page. The theme script runs only when the embed is on. It records the scan, then follows the action you chose.
The actions you can pick on a single code are:
An influencer code can show Your influencer code, with Copy code, Apply discount to this page, and Continue shopping, when a discount was saved.
Home offers six starting points once setup is complete. Create QR code opens a fuller picker: one code, or many at once.
Send shoppers straight to a product or variant page. Starts a product-page batch.
Add a product to the cart and open the cart or checkout. Starts an add-to-cart batch.
Apply a discount code automatically when the code is scanned. Starts a discount batch.
Add every product in a Shopify bundle with one scan.
Give a creator a trackable code with their own landing page.
Print codes for in-store shelves. One code per variant. Staff scan it in the mobile app.
One code for one product, with any of the scan actions. This is not on the Home grid.
Pick a saved design, product scope, scan behavior, and tracking setting, then generate the batch.

Open Create QR code from Home or from QR codes. If setup is unfinished, you are sent back to Home.
There is no wizard. Fill in the page, then choose Save in the bar at the top. The code appears under Single codes.
Product pages, Add to cart, Discount, and Advanced bulk share six steps. Choose Back and Next, then Generate. A side panel shows a live preview after you pick a design. Finished codes are under Batches.
Batch status can be Pending, Generating, Completed, or Failed.
Six steps, then Save bundle & generate QR. Editing an existing bundle uses Save changes. The code is listed under Bundles.
This is a single form, not a wizard. Save creates a storefront redirect and a QR image. The code is listed under Influencers.
The form shows a storefront link preview before you save.
Open the Retail tab and choose Create retail QR codes. The app syncs active products and makes one code per variant. Sync products adds codes for new products. Remove and start over deletes the retail codes and the cached product data for the shop. That cannot be undone.
QR codes has five tabs: Single codes, Batches, Bundles, Influencers, and Retail. Each tab can be searched and filtered by when it was created: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, or a custom range.
| Tab | Useful actions |
|---|---|
| Single codes | Open scan URL, go to destination, download, edit. Export or delete the selection. |
| Batches | Open a batch to see its codes. Export from inside the batch, not from the batch list itself. |
| Bundles | Activate or deactivate. Activating publishes the linked bundle product. Deactivating sets it to draft. Delete removes the QR and deletes the Shopify bundle product when it was created here. |
| Influencers | Edit, export, or delete. |
| Retail | Search by product, variant, or SKU. Export or delete the selection. Sync or start over for the whole catalog. |
Select codes, then Export. Under Export as:
PNG or SVG. Several codes download as a ZIP, one file each.
A PDF of copies to cut out as stickers, or several codes per page.
The code with title, price, and a call to action. The sample text is “Scan to shop”.
You can also include a spreadsheet of scan links (CSV). Choose Download when the preview looks right.
Scans show up a few seconds after someone scans a code. The default range is Last 30 days. You can also pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 90 days, or a custom range of 366 days or fewer. Filter by QR type, or choose Reset to go back to the default.
All scans in the range, compared with the previous period.
Distinct IP address and browser pairs.
How many of your codes were scanned.
Share of scans from iOS and Android devices.
Below the numbers: Scans over time (by hour or by day), Top QR codes, and Scans by type.
Influencer and retail counts appear only when the type filter is All QR types and those codes exist. They are all-time totals. Those codes do not record when each scan happened, so they are not in the chart above.
If nothing was scanned, the page says No scans in this period. If you have no codes yet, it says Create your first QR code.
Settings are optional until a bulk batch needs a saved template. Tabs: Design templates, Product scope, Scan behavior, Tracking, and Retail staff. Choose Create, fill the form, then Save.
The role choices the form always offers are Staff and Admin. A password needs 8 or more characters, with at least one letter and one number. You cannot see it again after saving. An email can belong to only one staff account.
Open Plan and billing to subscribe, change, or cancel. You approve the charge in Shopify. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice in USD.
The page can offer Monthly and Yearly · save 20%. A first plan can include a free trial. The default trial length shipped with the app is 14 days. Buttons include Start {n}-day free trial, Choose, Upgrade, and Switch. You can apply a discount code on this page.
The current plan card shows status, price, renewal date, orders this billing period, and Cancel plan. Cancelling ends access at the end of the billing period. You can choose a plan again from this page.
Billing history lists events such as plan selected, charge approved or declined, upgraded, downgraded, cancelled, and trial started or ended.
The mobile app is for staff accounts you add under Retail staff. There is no sign-up screen in the app.
The shop area only finds products for that person’s store. Scanning needs camera permission. Search does not.
Send to counter accepts an optional note. Success reads “Sent to counter” plus a reference, then the app opens Requests.
Request verification has two follow-ups:
After you submit, the product screen says Waiting for warehouse. Stay on that screen; it updates while the request is open. You can Close this request if you no longer need it. There is no separate notification alert.
Your requests are on the Requests tab: All, Pending, Completed, and Closed. Open a row for the warehouse name, availability, note, and timeline. On Pending, a “status only” request that the warehouse marked available also shows Send to counter and Close this request.
An admin who chose Warehouse sees Pending, Processing, History, and Analytics. New requests start on Pending. There is no Accept button. The first response assigns the request.
Mark product available, Mark product unavailable, or Close this request. If it is available, the shop sends it to the counter.
Optional note, then Send to counter. That marks the item available and sends it in one step. You can still mark it unavailable or close it.
Processing lists in-progress requests whose stock is still unknown. History lists finished requests. The same send, unavailable, and close actions can appear there while a row is still open.
Shop analytics shows Requests Today, Average Fulfillment (min), and Requests Over Time. Warehouse analytics adds Processed Today, Average Response (min), and Delivery Rate (%). The warehouse card labeled Requests Today shows how many requests are still pending, not how many were created today.
